Hot Stone Restorative & Sound Bath

Nourish your body, mind, and soul with the combination of Hot Stone Restorative Yoga and a deeply relaxing Sound Bath. Treat yourself to the experience of a full Restorative Practice enhanced by thermotherapy through the use of heated basalt stones. Used to promote deeper relaxation, these warmed stones are placed on the body at specific pressure points to further release tension and provide a grounding feeling. We complete the experience with an immersive sound healing using the soothing tones of crystal bowls, chimes and other instruments. Designed to encourage release and tranquility, you will leave feeling peaceful and rested.

Hot Stone Restorative & Sound is limited to 10 sign ups and all participants will receive a small take home gift. We encourage participants to bring socks and a light long sleeve top.

Hot Stone Restorative & Sound is led by Sam Saldivar and Christine Hardy, certified 500-Hour RYT’s and Reiki Practitioners. Sam specializes in the magic of Sacred Rest and Christine in the physical and mental benefits of vibrational sound. Together, we look forward to nurturing you and creating an experience for you to release stress and tension and ultimately find some calm in your busy life.
